Its fitting that Fred Howe, who this competition is dedicated to, was able to open the honor board recently and see that this club has maintained its growth and camraderie and I’m sure he’ll be delighted that it was a tightly contested competition. Players who were in the leading places in the first round largely maintained their consistency for placings in the final round. Consistency is the key and this was demonstrated by our winner and grinner for this year – Winter Cup Champion – Damien Lee
Damo as one shot clear of runners up Chris Priems and Oliver Gross and Laurie Mannix running a gallant 3rd after his blitzer last week.
Nearest the pin money and ball went to Andrew Petricola and the Eagles Nest went off to Grant Heavysage. Well done lads.
