Congratulations to our October Monthly Medal Winner Craig Sharp with an impressive net 63.
25 players turned out for this event including yet another Akdag (Mufti). In fact the rumor I heard was that the club members can now get the extra benefit of being honorary Akdag family members!!
As a Hawks supporter I was pleased to hear that Damo was given the appropriate amount of stick to the disbelievers….Go Hawks!!
The words “Its going to be Par you bastards!” are still ringing in my ears from the day the club meeting asked Freddy Kitson what format his two week competition would be in. Well you bastards it starts next week and he will be having a good old chuckle I’m sure. I’m presently down at Inverloch enjoying the wind and rain and hoping for sunshine but I do regret not being able to play in the inaugral Fred Kitson comp…good luck to you all. I believe there will be a toast before the game to Fred so from me ….Cheers Fred!
